May pre-download ZOOM plugin before joining in the meeting Download ZOOM plugin at here.
If you are using phone and tablet, do pre-download ZOOM app in your devices.

You will be invited as a panelist into the webinar. So here is some guideline that you can refer:

Step 1
Join in the webinar by clicking “Click Here to Join”

You will be able to see the screen immediately. (Or some other sharing by speakers will be on-going)
Take note:
Mute and Start Video 1. If you join in early, kindly mute your mic and stop your video as the sharing by some other speakers will be on-going.
2. When it is your turn, you can turn on your video (Better on as it will help to gain trust from the attendees). When you finished your sharing, you can mute yourself and turn off your video.
3. When you turn on your video, kindly click on the little arrow beside the icon, click on “Choose Virtual Background” you may use the banners that provided by the organizer as your virtual background.
Participants This button allows you to check how many participants and how many of them are joining.
Q&A This button allows you to check on the Questions from the attendees. You can choose to answer the question live or type the answer to the attendees.
Share Screen 1. This button allows you to check how many participants and how many of them are joining.
2. You are only allowed to share screen when it’s your turn to present.
Chat This button allows you to chat with the attendees - You can click on it and view the response from the attendees.
*Panelist will not be able to access the POLLS function. kindly inform Nicole +60165303380 if you have questions to ask the attendees and wish to set up the polls.
